The updated Client Agreement (previously known as the “Website Development Client Agreement and Terms and Conditions”) reflects several material changes which includes, but is not limited to, changes with regards to intellectual property and ownership, defamation, communications decency notice, content of website, payment, software, website services, hosting services, technical support, syndicated websites, syndicated content, electronic commerce, company policies, term and termination, mutual exchange of confidential information, limitation of liability, mutual indemnity, indemnity by you, arbitration, notices and continuing obligations. |
